¹ Initial appointments
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all initial appointments. This deposit is subtracted from the total appointment fee.
² NDIS clients
NDIS fees are aligned with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and will depend on your individual plan and available funding. Responsibility for ensuring sufficient funds are available rests with you and/or your plan manager. Please confirm with your plan manager or support coordinator before commencing services.
³ Assessments
If you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP), a Medicare rebate can be processed for your initial assessment session only — no rebate applies to subsequent sessions. Your NDIS plan may fund some or all of your assessment depending on your eligibility. The number of sessions required will be discussed at your initial appointment.
Clients under 12 years of age
For all clients under 12, a parent or guardian will need to attend a parent session without the client present. This helps gather accurate history and gives parents a space to ask questions and understand the process.
Private health insurance
Depending on your level of cover, you may be eligible for a rebate through your private health fund. Contact your insurer directly to confirm eligibility, as rebates vary by policy and service type.
