Additional Information

1 Initial Appointments

> A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all initial appointments. This deposit is subtracted from the total appointment fee.

2 Assessments
> If you have a valid MHCP, we can process the rebate for your initial session, however no rebate is applicable for subsequent assessment sessions under the MHCP.  
> Your NDIS plan may fund some or all of your Assessment, however this will depend on your current funding and what you are eligible for. If you think you be able to use your NDIS funding for an assessment, please consult your plan manager.
> The number of appointments required for your assessment will depend on your exact presentation and diagnostic requirements. This will be discussed with your clinician in the initial assessment appointment.

Clients under 15 years of age

For all clients under 15 years of age (inclusive), a parent or guardian will need to attend a parent session to provide an accurate history without the client present. This session helps the clinician gather essential information, allows the parent or guardian to better understand the therapy process, and provides a comfortable space to express any concerns freely.

Private Health Insurance
Depending on your level of private health insurance coverage, you may be eligible for a rebate for psychological services. It is recommended that you contact your private health insurance provider directly to confirm your eligibility, as the amount and availability of rebates can vary based on your policy and the specific services provided.
